This page explains what ONBOARD collects to run the video campaign and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to verify posts and send rewards.

What we collect

• Your public Solana wallet address, when you sign in with it.
• If you connect TikTok (to have us post for you): through Upload-Post, your TikTok account id as Upload-Post's app sees it, your handle, display name and avatar, and your follower count when Upload-Post's analytics provides it. We post only when you ask, only the official video, once per submission.
• The TikTok post we make for you or the link you submit (its id, link and posting time), and the results of our checks.
• A salted one-way hash of your network address, used only to spot abuse such as many claims from one place. We do not store the address itself.

How we use it

• To verify that the video is on your account, public and unedited, and that it has not been rewarded before.
• To send your reward and show its status and transaction to you.
• To prevent fraud and keep the campaign fair.

The facts from our checks, your TikTok handle and display name, and the caption may be sent to an AI model provider for a one-off review of a submission. They are not used to build profiles.

What is public

Reward payments are Solana transactions and are public on the blockchain. The Rewards page lists recent payments by wallet address. Your TikTok account is never shown publicly by us.

Storage and security

Your TikTok connection is held by Upload-Post, not by ONBOARD: we store no TikTok password or access token. We delete your Upload-Post profile, and with it the connection, once you are paid, when you disconnect, or when it has not been used for a while. Other data is stored with our database provider and kept while the campaign runs plus the time needed to resolve disputes, then deleted.

Your choices

You can disconnect TikTok from the submit page when you have no submission in progress, and you can remove Upload-Post's access in your TikTok settings at any time. To ask for your data to be deleted, contact us through our X account.
